Hi Agnes, from june to dec 2023 i did religiously my self love meditations and felt great. i attracted someone i already had a crush and we started hanging out. he told me he was in a relationship but close to its end so i got involved with him. eventually he broke my heart as he decided not to break up (even though he said he was in love with me). i am now disappointed - i thought that through that process i would attract my true love (as i used affirmations to attract my true love). but guess not. i dont understand what i did wrong

This is sooooo on time! I literally just did this a few minutes ago! I found a video on KZbin a few days ago that details KAVE COGS (which is about visualization) and did a visualization meditation. I imagined my specific person bringing me coffee early Saturday morning before leaving for a missions trip. I saw myself walking in my beautiful home, opening the front door, seeing what he was wearing (a sweatshirt that said “DREAMER” on it, hearing him say “good morning”, smelling his cologne, feeling the warmth of the coffee on my hands as he handed it to me and smiling! It felt so good and so real! It’s the simple things for me!!! I also heard in my mind “this is bliss”!!!
