Hmmm.. Learned a new trick.. If i type Stanley's name in to KZbin, he pops up. Yay!! See even though i live in NC, my heart became a New Yorker on 9-11. I compare it to a train wreck, you can't un-see it and you can't look away either. In the days after 9-11, I'd go to work and come home and I'd sit in front of the TV and cry. Those poor people!! It's the single most horrible thing i ever saw and i was no where near NY. We finally got decent internet several years ago and one day i typed in 9-11. All these videos started coming up with survivors telling their stories. Amazing, terrifying and beautiful stories. That is how i found Stanley and Brian. I've heard their story so many times, i could quote them. I've even defended Stanley before on the video's because some people have a hard time believing in miracles. I've read comments about.. "There is no way he survived from floor of impact." They say. I always jump in and very nicely explain. I tell them to find a video of the plane hitting tower 2 because there are a lot of them. Right before impact, the plane tilts. Right under the right wing was Stanley's desk. If you watch it, you can see the tiny area his desk was in. I've actually had people comment back to me, that they watched the impact and they saw the area where he was. Stanley's story is nothing short of miraculous and beautiful. Sadly though many people weren't as lucky. Those people's stories are the stories that haunt me. I feel like everyone who was there, has a story and they deserve to have their story's known. I had this compelling need to know more and now i do. I'm not saying i know it all, no one truly knows everything but i know enough. I used to always wonder what went on inside those beautiful huge buildings. I mean all we could see was the outside. I felt i owed it to the victims to learn all i could. I will say that maybe ignorance was bliss so be very sure you want to know before ever looking into it. Now i see not only Stanley and Brian make it out but i see Oreo make it up to floor of impact. Those people had to be so happy to see him. I see poor Victor too. A heavy set man like myself, slowly trying to make his way down all those stairs but he just couldn't keep going. I see Frank and his friends continuing to go up, saving many lives a long the way. And i see the brave firemen dutifully rushing up to try to save people. I've read and watched enough to know they most likely knew they would die that day. Not long ago, I finally found the story that i want to believe the movie with Charlie Sheen was made after. If so, it was more horrible than we can even imagine.. 😢 Sorry I'm sure y'all know all about it but here we only saw building's. Giant, beautiful, broken buildings. Before 9-11 I'd never even heard of WTC. I mean i saw them in movies but never really looked. Now i check every video or movie with the NY city skyline. I always get a little sad if they aren't there. To me, it's like a symbol. Pre 9-11 verses after 9-11. When the world was good verses when everything fell apart. Sorry for the book. I realize this is a church so I've tried to be respectful of that. I hope my comment doesn't offend anyone. There is actually a peom about 9-11 and where God was during the attack. It's the single most beautiful thing I've ever read. It's been a few years and i can't remember the name. I found it in a book though. I've read many but i want to think it's in either the book by Lisa Beamer, Todd Beamer's wife titled "Let's Roll" or the 911 operator he spoke to from flight 93 before the crash in PA. Her name was Lisa too. I want to think the poem is in her book named "The Call." I believe is the name. I truly believe it's in this book. I've tried to look for it on the internet with no luck. I'll keep trying though and if i find it I'll comment. You may already know it so if so, please comment. It went something like this and forgive me but it's been years. But something like.. It's written as if to be spoken by God. It goes something like.. "People wonder where i was that day and if i was even there but i was. I was on every plane in the empty seat beside you. I was holding your hand as you lay dying. I was standing right beside you on the stairs. When you thought you could go no further, i sat with you. When your pain got too great to keep going, i helped you. When the buildings fell and you somehow survived, i sheltered you. And when the end came and you couldn't survive, i was there waiting to take you home." I'm sorry, i know i have it wrong and I'm not a poet but it's the most beautiful thing i ever read. Like i said, I've looked for it with no luck. There's a bazillion 9-11 poems but i can't find this one. It was a long poem but i don't even remember the name. I need to rent the book again so i can find it. But if anyone knows it, please either comment it or let me know and I'll give you my email. Because it is a long poem. There's no doubt in my mind that God was very busy that day. Stanley is all the proof i need. But when you add in stories like J Jonas, his crew and Josephine just to name one, you know God was definitely there that day. Sadly the devil was busy too. I've heard people say that the devil won that day but i don't believe that. See the devil may have took their lives but i have no doubt that God won in the end because he was there to take his people home. I don't believe he cared if they were black, white or green. Male or female made no difference and honestly i don't believe lack of faith even mattered. I believe they all had a new home waiting for them, in Heaven. I have this need to go there one day before i part this life. I want so badly to go to the fountains (memorials) and read every name. Go to the firehouse and go to the museum. I'm going to ask for extra time even if i have to pay extra. I want to mash every button and hear every single story. Some i already know but there are thousands. Thousands of tragic, horrible and beautiful stories. I have a need to learn them all. I fell like i owe them that at the very least. If they could live it and even die because of it, the least i can do is learn about them and what they endured that horrible day. I'll stop. I'm so happy to see Stanley still doing good and telling his story. I just wish i lived closer cause I'd sure like to meet him. God Bless y'all. Take care.. 💞

Are you preaching about sin, Hell, God's wrath, and repentance? If not, then you are not preaching the Gospel. Those who preach another gospel are accursed (Galatians 1). If you just preach God's love and not the hard stuff, then you are preaching a false gospel and are accursed.
