funny thing is I just heard about this last week, and I have grown up in northern indiana all my life, but its the first I am hearing of these supposed apparitions of Mary and Joseph, Bishop Rhoads said after investication though there wasn't anything of supernatural about the apparitions, even though others have said otherwise earlier, I want it to be true, though as this is litterally near and dear to us and the property there was for quite a time a very big ministry and place for the diocese, and if true this would mean we have a marian apparition of our own and one of the few times St Joseph has made an apparition, though He usually is silent and a quiet soul just like He is recorded to have never Spoke in the Bible, it is curious though, and the place up there in rome city was famous in the mid century catholic church especially in the time of Archbishop Knoll, and local lore tells the Bing Crosbys wife came there for rehab, it was a beautiful place till the way bible collage took it over and stripped it to protestentize it. sad but true.

That was the same message Mary gave me in the chapel in the St Mary of the Annunciation church. When I found out my husband's cancer was back after being healed at a healing ceremony, Mary came to me when I was praying for Greg. Mary appeared in my periferal vision and told me my miracle was being revoked because I needed to bring her the children. I went to Sylvan Spring and met Larry and Nick there. My husband, kids, and myself attended another healing service there. We saw the Wailing Room, where Mary cries olive oil from Israel on the walls because of our attrocities in this country. My husband did not get another healing miracle. Greg died on November4th, 2008. I feel I am supposed to witness to people to bring the children to Mary, so she can lead them to Jesus. I think that is my mission now. What has happened to Sylvan Springs over the years? I heard it had been sold, because Larry could not afford the upkeep. I also heard church groups were using the place. I wonder if that is true. I hope it is.

I cannot tell you why this Apparition of Our Lady of America is so strong. I only know that many little signs and miracles have led me to this site and the calling that keeps me researching day and night. The Promises and the Calling to bring Mary the Children of America as She Asks of Us, Pushes me on. The Messages and Promises fills me with humility and determination to Complete the Messages she gave to Sr Mary Ephrem. When I read the messages, the Promises and the Punishments I feel that Mary is speaking to me to fullfill this Mission. The seed of a Mary's Park has been planted in my soul. It would be a place that All children will play and parents would be free to believe without any social judgement. If Parents won't or can't bring the children to Jesus we will have to bring Him to the Children.Thru His Mother Mary and Her Virgin Spouse St Joseph and the Divine Indwelling. Our Lady of America promises Our Nation will be the Torchbearers for the world to Foster Peace, Purity and Protection for Our Nation and the Whole World. I was always made to believe that religious fervour is based on faith. Having faith is that wonderful quality, believing in something even if there is no proof. This makes an act of faith of humility(as opposed to maintaining one is privy to the truth, in other words, arrogance. But religions expect us to be humble and not arrogant. Once the existence of people like god, the virgin mary, etc. is proven because they actually appeared, then faith becomes a certainty. And certainty has nothing to do with humility. How do I know that humility is a prerequisite for a good religious life? Christ himself said, during the Sermon on the Mount, that blessed are the meek for they shall inherit heaven.

Hopefully Kneipp Springs can become a Catholic organization again. My dad told me his parents used to come on the train in the summer from Chicago and he used to serve in the chapel. That would have been in the time between 1910 and 1920. And I hope the devotion to Our Lady of America spreads.

The "interesting connection" (described by the Historian in this video) of the "location" of the apparitions of Our Lady of America in 1956 and the "The Mystical City of God" book written in the 17th century (the biography of the Virgin Mary, as revealed to a Spanish nun by Mary herself in a 4-vol 2,676 page book, where she also explains many of the "gaps" (hidden yrs) betw creation & the apocalypse, including the early life of the Holy Family, Mary's relationship to the Holy Trinity, etc.) is indeed fascinating! (to say the least). The Historian mentioned that the site where Our Lady of America appeared (down to the same campus/building) in 1956 is the same location where the Bishop signed his approval (imprimatur) of the English translation of Sr Mary of Agreda's book 40 year prior. Well, if I may, I'd like to offer some info that might potentially shed some more light the "connection" described above...something to ponder/pray about: Could it be that Our Lady of America and Sr Mary Agreda have both been assigned by God as Patronesses of America? Mary being the principal Patron of America of course. (sort of like the roles that Our Lady of the Assumption and St Joan of Arc had/have with France). I had never heard of Our Lady of America, and although I loved Our Lady, I really didn't relate to her very well. I never asked her for her intercession much, and didn't pray the rosary either. Then the following happened: Although I've experienced "inner locutions" since I was 9yrs old, on a fairly regular basis (private ones, meant to build me up in my faith), I'd rarely had visions until the last several years (I'm 54); and then only 2 or 3; no more. But, several years ago while I was praying, I saw a vision in my mind's eye. It was of a bearded man wearing an all white garb, traditional to the Middle East. It was only the profile of him, and because his head was covered in white also, I couldn't see much of his face; just his nose and beard, etc. The odd thing about this man was that he had (what I thought at the time),was a ridiculous looking gold crown on his head! The crown reminded me of what a young child would design for a king to wear. (this is why I remembered it so clearly). It was solid gold and had a gold band with extremely high peaks of gold all around it. As I was seeing this man from the waist up, he slowly turned toward me so that I could clearly see that it was Jesus Christ! He just looked at me, with the most beautiful and softest eyes I've ever seen! After that, the vision vanished. The next day, I was reading something on line (not exactly sure what it was) and I saw a picture of Our Blessed Mother wearing the EXACT SAME THING!! Under her was the caption, "Our Lady of America" I was floored! I hadn't seen or heard of anything about her before! The thing that was the most stunning was that she was wearing the exact same CROWN!! Also, of course she was all in white too. This has absolutely convinced me that Our Lord wanted me to know that He was aware and approving of this apparition site and message, and He wanted me to know!

We visited the Mother of Mercy Chapel in 10/24/2012. While we were in the chapel my sister was praying in front to the image of Our Lady of America, suddenly she felt the presence of a Divine power. We decide to take pictures of the chapel. Two months later, while looking at the pictures, we were astonished when we saw the image of Our Lady suspended in the air. She was so transparent that we could see the walls and windows of the chapel through her. She looked exactly as our Lady of America

This is literally the worst field ive ever played on no wonder carroll had trouble.

I have traveled to this little piece of heaven on earth, and can attest to the amazing phenomena . Many visitors find themselves drawn to the place. Many have seen the sun spin here and some have had miraculous healing after being prayed over or using the spring water (the composition of the water is nearly identical to that of Lourdes).

This has not been approved by the Church but its neither discouraged
