What is the best camera PTZ, for low light situation, like Night concerts, low light event presentation. Also on the other han, what PTZ camera you guys have apart from the CRN-500, 700 with physical ND capabilities. Also the netgear AV line is expense, can you guys test the Zyxel XS1930 systems, theya re working with me up to 6 NDI feeds, 2 CRN-500, 2 PTZ Optics Move 4K, 2 N5 Kiloview.

BirdDog is not currently making controllers, however any Controller that can use NDI, Sony Visca, or RS232/RS422 control should work with the new line of BirdDog PTZs.

Does YoloLiv Ultra also have the "Monitor Out" option? I still want to use LiveU Solo...at least in the beginning.

Yes the YoloBox Ultra has an HDMI out and would work exactly the same with the LiveU Solo Pro

@@ItsAWrapVideo On the Yolobox Ultra, slide all the way to the right on the bottom where the options are, select the gear, and there you will see "Video Out Settings" - click that. Then enable "Program out" . That will make the HDMI out send a clean feed out. The operation should be very similar if you are using a YoloBox Pro. Hope this helps!

Yes You should be able to control the BirdDog cameras with the Pansonic RP150G using the RS422 control.

Does the auto tracking on the X5 support dynamic zoom? Can we zoom manually while the tracking is on? Also, does the X5 have free D support for unreal engine?

Yes, the auto tracking will auto frame when moving loser or further from the camera, and yes the zoom can be controlled with a PTZ controller while auto tracking is on. As for Free D it is supported as well and can be accessed under the Cam Control tab in the WEB GUI. If you have any other questions, let us know!

HDMI output is buggy. Video drops if you do a reboot and difficult to get video back. upgrade downgrade to different fw didn't fix the problem. While NDI keeps feeding video.

I just want to know if I can use the ninja ultra as the on cam recorder and send the video feed wireless to the shogun ultra as a directors monitor on set with just using the connect feature ?do i have to pay to use wifi on my atomos ninja ultra with the connect? It wont let me connect to wifi!

There are 2 ways that you can do this. If you have the Atomos Connect on the Ninja Ultra and are using the Shogun Ultra with the Connect antennas you could purchase the NDI Upgrade for both Devices. As long as both devices are connected to the same network you could use the NDI Encode feature to put the Video from the Ninja Ultra onto your network and then use the NDI Decode feature on the Shogun Ultra to display what the Ninja Ultra is seeing. If you do not have a Wi-Fi network and do not want to use NDI you could get some form of Wireless HDMI Transmitter/Receiver from Teradek or Hollyland and plug the Transmitter into the Output of the Ninja Ultra and then take the receiver and plug that into the input of the Shogun Ultra to see what the Ninja Ultra is seeing. thanks for the extended video here 👍 with the Pro G40 TB SSDs, do you see the reported 2200-2800mb r/w? i've grown to love these drives directly connected, if it limited these to 900-1000mb certainly makes this system less attractive. thanks!

Interesting product! So for an SDI out and 10bit, we need to go P400 at triple the price? This X1 series is really meant for NDI workflow ideally

That is correct. The X1 series has HDMI, USB and NDI output with the focus on NDI output. Especially with the X1 and X1 Ultra being Wifi compatible with NDI HX 3. BirdDog will be expanding the X Series and I imagine one of those will have SDI Outputs. Stay tuned for more information.

As I'm watching, I notice that you move in FRONT of the powerpoint screen capture - is your background an image (or partial image on the left?) and you've layered it so you are in front? I desire to know this wizardry, as the way I do it currently, my screen capture segment is on a top layer so speaker walks behind it, needing to quick change to a diff scene without the PPT showing.

That is correct. The way our layers work is the following: Top layer is our WEB URL overlay from Viz Flowics. these are our lower thirds that appear on screen. Next layer is the table and host of the show. Next layer is the PowerPoint presentation, which is a screen capture from the laptop. Bottom layer is a Jpeg image of an office. In our setup we are using a green screen, so the green is keyed out and replaced with that Blueish office image. I hope this helps!

@@Videoguys Thanks for the reply! Green screen explains it...obviously not an option when recording what's happening on the stage. I know some folks use a large TV screen on the stage for showing slides online. We project them above during the service (not within the viewing range of the camera) so we run them as a screen capture and shift the scene when they're needed. Works fine, I was just curious what you were doing.

The Yolobox has a reverse counter for soccer, is there a solution?

When editing the scoreboard in the YoloBox putting in a time will cause it to countdown. For the timer to start at 0 and count up do not enter a time and just hit play the play button next to time control. This will cause the counter to start counting up from 0. Hello, nice video. Quick question, can I use the Zato Connect to record directly from my HVR Z5E onto the memory card in the zato. Not really into streaming, but wondered if this would be a cheaper way to pick up an Atomos monitor. I currently have the Ninja Star for the Z5E

You can use live call connect. When we bring a guest into our TriCaster we open the teams call on a laptop connected to the same network as the the TriCaster and then use the NDI functionality of teams to extract the guests from the Teams call and allow them to be viewed as NDI sources on the network.

Yes. All TriCasters can input NDI HX sources including NDI HX 3. All TriCasters only output to full bandwidth NDI

Canon does carry security cameras, however we only offer the PTZ cameras for livestreaming. If the CR-N500 and CR-N700 are out of your budget, I would recommend looking at the Canon CR-N100.

Yes. We use a green screen and key it out on our Vizrt TC1 Pro. A lot of streaming hardware, and software have the ability to key out a back round.

The ability to Livestream to KZbin Shorts is a fairly new feature and with YoloLivs track record of updating YoloBoxs on a regular basis, there is a good chance the vertical streaming to KZbin Shorts will come in the near future. I would recommend following YoloLivs Blog for the latest update information.
