Really appreciating the "1! 2! 3! 4!" at the beginning! Your singing voice is sooo good!! Also been meaning to ask, who's Bresha Nobel??

This is so beautiful. Each film about the trip has such a distinct style. There was a fun silly electricity there which Taylor caught in his but there was also this relaxed calm. I'm really glad you were rolling that day.

I love it. Great music at the end. Love that Duxter is chilling on the aforementioned cookbook. Didn't catch that til my second viewing.

So well explained and made. Simple and great energy. Very well summarized and it's really empowering to have all these simple steps laid out in one video.

It’s interesting because I just had a class yesterday where we literally did a grounding technique and allowed ourselves to stop and tap into why we wouldn’t allow ourselves to stop and tap into our emotions because we were afraid to detach from the society that has us constantly in motion. It’s that fear of vulnerability both with the reflection of yourself and with allowing others to see you in your natural state of rest. It was very therapeutic for an acting class, it crossed into psychology very deeply.
