No, they are not designed to improve vision acuity. While there are claims that vision acuity can be improved using certain methods, I am only aware of improvements being made by using corrective lenses.

1 of many, I hope. Lazy eye is a brain issue that needs training daily until it becomes equal with the dominant eye. Good luck on your journey of discovering 3D vision. It is not an easy journey and demands alot of effort on our part, but will be worth it in the end.

If i see the ball double, which one should i focus on?
@seein3d456
@seein3d456 9 ай бұрын
As you have commented on a 'left eye' video, I assume it is your left that is lazy. If you are carrying out the exercises correctly, there should only be one image available to you in your visual cortex, and that is from your lazy eye - the other should be covered but not closed. Hope this helps.

@@seein3d456 i do it with Red Green Glasses is that bad?
@seein3d456
@seein3d456 9 ай бұрын
No, it is not bad per se but the exercises were not designed for that specific purpose. Some people do wear red/green glasses as it offers the brain 2 easily discernible images - as one is red and the other is green. The objective is to occlude the stronger eye so that the weaker eye is forced to work harder.

I was in my optometrist to better my sports performance sighting. She concluded I am both left eye sensorial and motor dominant. Unfortunately my left eye is lazy and the right eye sends more information to the brain. Can I do the exercises covering my right eye and potentiating my left dominant eye?

Hi i had squint surgery when i was 10 years old in my right eye .The squint came back after 45 years i am short sighted .No option of surgery at all can the eye excerise help me Thanks.
@seein3d456
@seein3d456 9 ай бұрын
Hi, squints surgery is only beneficial if it is complimented with vision therapy. If the squint has returned (which is often the case with surgery) after many decades of normal alignment then it may be that your vision is decreasing due to age and your brain is reverting back to which eye is providing the best vision for you. A squint is not controlled solely by the eye muscles alone - the brain is responsible too. This is why you must exercise as much as you can to retain muscle memory. Otherwise the eye-brain relationship will diminish over time.

Hey , first of all i thankyou soo much for uploading these. I want to ask that i cover my dominant eye ( right one ) & exercise with the weak eye ( left one ) why do i have so much ache in the right side of brain while Exercising ?Is it because i cover it or something else ? Please reply
@seein3d456
@seein3d456 9 ай бұрын
Hi, thank you for your appreciation. The ache could be strain. This happens a lot during the early stages due to people trying to go too fast or do too much. Another reason may be that the eyes are predominantly (but not exclusively) controlled by opposit sides of the brain. So the left eye is predominantly controlled by the right side and vise verse. Hope this helps

Everyday! You are attempting to balance vision in both eyes and get your lazy eye to work all the time. If you only exercise for a short time on some days then your dominant eye will always be the one that is most used.

@seein3d456
@seein3d456 9 ай бұрын
People often assume 'lazy eye' refers to the eye being lazy, when in reality it is the brain that is lazy. It is not the visuals themselves. It is the action of occluding the dominat eye whilst encouraging the weaker eye to work and be used more frequently. Eventually leading to both eyes being used simultaniously.

Can I do these exercises without patching my good eye? I saw many videos that said patching won't make your eyes to work together. Please reply
@seein3d456
@seein3d456 2 жыл бұрын
Yes you can. Patching does work for building individual eye-to-brain relationships, but does not promote 3D vision. I will be doing a series on how to occlude the dominant eye without patching. It is very difficult to explain what to do in a message as it requires visuals to show the viewer what they should do and see. Ill attempt to explain one exercise: Place a finger roughly 2-3 inches directly in front of either the dominant eye or the amblyopic eye, whilst looking at an object or screen further away. If you are holding the finger in front of the dominant eye you should see what the lazy eye is seeing through the finger tip -as if it is transparent. If you hold it in front of the lazy eye, the object the dominant eye is looking at will have a finger tip in front layered over the top. I hope you understand what you should see. If not, stay tuned to the channel and an upcoming video will demonstrate what to do and what you should see. There will also be other variations of occlusion without covering the dominant eye.

Hey! Great exercises for the lazy eye, I've been doing it for about two weeks and I already see results. This is amazing! Question to the creators, why in all exercises with locate the boll, the ball is only on the left half of the screen?
@seein3d456
@seein3d456 2 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your kind comment. I am very happy to hear that you are benefiting from VT. In response to your question: 'Lazy Left Eye' videos were created to have a bias towards the left side of the screen simply to force the respective eye to work a little bit harder, for the duration of the exercise. If you would like to carry out 'Locate the ball' on the right side, simply search for the video number titled 'Right' eye. Good luck on your journey. And thanks again for your kind comment!

For right eye…
@seein3d456
@seein3d456 2 жыл бұрын
I would advise using 'right eye' exercises if it is the right eye that is either strabismic or amblyopic. I designed the exercises to focus more on the left or right side respectively. Surgery addresses alignment or cosmetic issues but does not promote 3d vision. Try to exercise at least twice a day. If you keep subbed to the channel there will soon be a series of exercises that you can carry out wherever you are, without the need for a screen. The first one should be uploaded in the next 4 weeks.
