Well looks like the video's have stopped on this project . Did you set it aside or just get tired of all the editing and uploading? How did it turn out?

I'm enjoying your eindecker build. What do you think of the wood quality so far and completeness of the kit? With only BUSA and SIG left from the old school kit manufacturers I'm pondering a Smoothie XL. Is the wood heavy? Does it feel matched in density L/R and for the application? Also, love the music but your voiceovers are lower volume so I had to fiddle with volume back and forth. Maybe higher voice track volume when editing? Looking forward to the next one.

Thanks for the balsa fix! I'm itching to start one of my own kits. One thing I've noticed over the years is that those ply doublers often come unglued over time with just ca. I recently bought a US60 with the fuse framed and those doublers have become completely detached. I started using Titebond II carpenters glue years ago and love it, especially for broad surfaces involving ply and hardwood where the ca has trouble penetrating. Titebond II is cheap at any home improvement store. Looking forward to more.
