I have meditated since around 7-8 years old, i first projected when i was 16... this is the very first time I've seen someone describe my experience. The vibrations begin violently, their sound similar to a land line off of the hook....aeh aeh aeh aeh....its the most difficult phase to stay relaxed and surrender to, but as you relax, the frequency ramps up and smoothes out until you phase out of your body. Ive never until now had someone put this to words. Well done.
