Well done. I was in High School back then. The drummers that grew up with swing and big band influence back in the day.

Flawless. That's a tough drumming song. You made it look easy. It's not and you nailed it!

> My audition for the open casting call for the next Primus drummer. Is this a real thing?? Shit, I gotta learn to play the drums!! Showing your hand will prove to be a costly mistake.

Your project is really exciting! I've always liked the music of Under Wraps, but I've never liked the sound. How would the album sound with different drums? Do you have a good mix of the original material and your drumming? Just replacing the snare sound already makes a big difference: kzbin.info/www/bejne/kHO2g4hjn9OljcU

This should have more views. It was on my algorithm so I’m sure a lot more people will see this. I wish anyone who sees this the best!

Doesn’t Ringo use the right hand on the top of ride symbol almost like a cowbell on this song? If you look at the Blackpool performance he is not utilizing the floor tom tom on the verses. Maybe I’m missing it.

Is there anyone that would hear this and say you missed this and that. Barriemore Barlow was wow. especially on side two. He was very busy on side two for sure. Thank you for sharing the drumming that was from the song written by THE GREATEST ROCK PERFORMER OF ALL TIME..IAN ANDERSON of Jethro Tull

When are you and Eugene going to do something again? That Vernacular Verbose series was fantastic.
@vetterdrums973 ай бұрын
No comment I'm afraid. Things are still rough in Ukraine and Eugene has needed to evacuate his home multiple times over. I would love to get back to the podcast someday. We had a lot of awesome things planned for season 2.

Bro you are insane, extremely underrated. Crazy you played it really well regarding you only have a single pedal, good stuff bro 🔥🔥 Edit: do you have a double pedal? It seems like you dont but at the end it seems like you do
@vetterdrums975 ай бұрын
Thanks! I'm playing double pedal on this one, just for 1:12 and 3:57. The rest I'm playing single.

Yeah, not quite: one the chorus it's not a rim shot. And a crash isn't used on the change from the verse to the chorus. C minus.

Joey, love it! We play in tull tribute project and were thinking of covering this... how do you count the musical breaks in second section, do they come in on the up beats??

I'm watching the waveform on the monitor. No idea how else you could time it.

Yes i tried so many times trying to click thru it.... but it wouldn't work... is there a drum chart to this? I find it to be one of the trickiest barlow tracks to play... you did a great job and got me closer to playing it accurately! Thanks so much, great job@vetterdrums97
