@@LiamLG_Official If you're a trying to boot the installation disk, I pretty sure you have a bad install image. Like don't waste your time changing anything in your QEMU VM config file, or changing anything in your OC config plist for a disk driver. It doesn't matter what hypervisor you use. It's just a bad image. I wasted plenty of time on this I can tell for sure, it's just a bad image.

Get the ACDT DMG from the Archive. Open Disk Util on macOS and create a new image with: read/write GUID partition table, HFS+, and at least 13 GB (of whatever the size of the ACDT image, just make sure the new image size it's greater). Mount the new image and mount the ACDT image. Right click on the new image and restore it with only the Install volume. If it fails you either created the new image with the wrong size or you are using a physical USB. You could force it using the asr command utility (I don't remember the command but it's pretty easy to use if you type asr --help). Just restore the new image with the ACDT install partition. And there you go. On your QEMU VM config, add a drive as raw (not qcow2). And then boot it with Open core.

I've done this install on Windows, Linux, and macOS. if you use anything like dmg2img it won't work

Sucks cause the only way I know to prepare the install image is on a system with macOS. But it works

Sorry bud. I don't share prebuilts. Though this one is pretty simple. In fact you don't really need a custom OVMF. Any release version from the tianocore/edk2 repo would do. As for the Open Core bootloader. You don't need any kexts at all if you use the Apple SMC device from qemu-system-x86-64. The Boot quirks are just AvoidRuntimeDefrag, AppleImagesFixUp, RebuildMemoryMap and SyncRuntime. As for the Kernel Quirks just use ProvideCurrentCpuInfo. Don't forget in UEFI/Output to turn on UGA passthrough, it won't fail without it, but you won't see the Apple logo only verbose boot.
