50k refurb including 10% contingency. Love the personal style vlog today as well today💪 If the copper wasnt exposed or the sockets during the leak i dont see why it shouldnt be changed. But then again health and safety so i think i would.

46k for the refurb. For the under stairs I would have been tempted to have put some double sockets on the wall so could be used as a little office space and have power from computer and lamp. Or cube storage. The app is definitely growing and the new features are definitely second to none .

You should also do a video on the benefits of a remortgage after getting one because you’re not tied into a mortgage from day one and subject early repayment fees and getting refused the new remortgage after the uplift.

I follow a lot of sales channels and I love watching them handle objections and turn the conversation in their favour. I feel like this raw negotiation footage would be great content that I personally would love, but also would be very informative for people that aren't as comfortable in a negotiation.

Only remortgage if you're going to invest it in something where you get a return. Never rmortgage for an extension especially when you can barely make ends meet. As Ste says, "use CORRECTLY!"

@djwattsydarlo Depends on what the plan is once it add value. If you're living in it then that value wont mean much unless you remortgage again and then invest it but its not always as straightforward. If you plan to sell then dont overspend. Extension may add value but you also get few buyers as it may go out of budget. Theres a lot to consider but if anyone ever asks me, my rule is remortgage or to invest and always save up cash for extensions for your home. Investment into another property is better than a fancy kitchen.
