Owen County native Joseph Bernard "J.B." Miller (1902-2002) ran a violin repair shop from his garage off Southland Drive, Lexington, Kentucky.of violins. Born on a farm, J.B. was a barber for forty years before retiring in 1946, after which he devoted himself to making and restoring violins. Loved this!! I have a dear friend whose hands have become crippled with rheumatoid arthritis, and he is no longer able to play the fiddle. Thank you for your post. It brings back wonderful memories of him happily fiddling bluegrass and country tunes. 🤗 Chuck in Northern New England
