I was having problems with both of my Eufy's. Three beep problem on one, and a 5-beep problem on the other. So, I transferred the battery from the 3-beep Eufy to the 5-beep Eufy, and now have One good Eufy! Thanks for your help!

Ah seems Netgear updated their firmware to reject the DD-WRT file. It says "This firmware file is incorrect! Please get the firmware file again and make sure it is the correct firmware for this product."

Is the error the same as in the video? maybe a different number of beeps? what is the model of your cleaner?

@@runmsconfig1608 11S, I have the same issue, have made sure nothing is stuck, have replaced the battery twice with two different compatible and new batteries, still 5 beeps and solid red light while on the charging station 😢

i repair quite a few of these units - they typically last about 2 - 3 years before playing up (it is dependent on how much you use it too), use it alot, it may go bad quicker
