I have been living in Alberta since 2022 august and completed my masters in alberta and now since March, 2024 I'm working my full time job in tech industry and my noc is 21222. Can I immediately create my EE profile and apply for AAIP Tech pathway for my PR? Or should I wait till I complete 1 year of work in my full time?

Hello, you have to first complete 1 year in your current job and create a EE profile and then you can apply under Alberta Tech Pilot Program. But if you have any previous skill job which is eligible for EE profile in that case you can create a EE profile with your previous experience and then apply right away with your current job offer. Hope that helps.

Hello, You should have an active EE profile which requires you to have at least 1 year of experience. But for tech pilot program the experience don't have to be in the same noc.

I Agree. The only concern here is to find jobs in companies with eligible NAICS codes. "the secret which no one talks about is the NAICS codes" which is key in this pathway.
