Great episode 👌 I agree to the theory of calling the right people. If the targets 10 then get 15 then do somthing else important like maybe a market update for marketing etc… Only so many hours in a day and only 2 hands. I’d love to see an experiment where software goes head to head with the salesperson. Imagine how low the staff cost would be and reevaluate the profitability and mental health levels of employees. I’d assume it would look much better with software being used 🤔

Sadly no character in the house at all. Tiled floors in living rooms a big no no. Where's the comfort in this. What were the owners thinking. I'm sure when the person who is currently selling, bought this house and no doubt pulled all the greenery out from the front garden area and block paved the whole thing. So many people recently moving to this area are ruining the character of this area by removing all the greenery from their fronts and ruining the look of the property by removing all the character. They simply don't realise restoration of character is where the appeal is.
