Still haven't finished the show but this definitely has me wanting to. I did grow up in a all white neighborhood...well except for one family, which was my neighbor. One of the girls became my best friend and still is. Growing up I didn't see her any differently than myself but one day the boy that I liked said he wouldn't be my friend anymore unless I stopped talking to her and when i asked why, all he could say was because she is black. That one statement completely broke my heart but it also was when I started to see the prejudice and racism in people. However years later I did see him become friends with a couple black people, so it does go to show that people can grow out of it. right now where I live and work I don't see this issue as much as I have other places, but I think that is because there is a lot of rich and snobby people that just have hate for everyone that they don't think are as good as them..which is pretty much everyone. And yes, for the most part they are white but I have encountered a few bad apples that are black in these cases as well. Wish I could write a book here haha, this is definitely a topic that can get me going. I really agree that you should do a follow up so viewers can see both sides. p.s. Cajun please don't do a romance channel, we don't need you giving people awful advice haha. love you XD

i don't want to listen to this. I don't want to rent get out. I don't want to watch dear white people. I was catching pokemon when you called. But anyways. I was always too white for the black kids, unless I was doing a photo shoot or filming a rap video and I'm not even joking about that. My main friends were always white. With the exception of Corey but even then, he's also bi-racial. So growing up was a bit difficult, even my current relationship, is interesting because of my race/ethnicity. I could go into more depth...but I'll save that for if I'm on next weekend. Also....this morning....I had the best homemade french toast...and on top was butter...and the syrup that was in my fridge. Try me bitch. That will stay cold. Also I will watch Dear White People, and Get Out.

Start with the Pokemon Adventure manga if you're looking for something a bit darker and more serious than the shows or the video games. Also Season 3 and 4 both of LoK didn't air on television but they did air on their website

Everytime you play the Batman games you have to say non - lethal. But even then people are on the new Batman. But if you actually do the podcast at N.E. Geek let me join in on it as a guest.
