The dyed hair lasted for many months without breakage. I need to do treatment monthly. But I ended up relaxing it again and it was damaged so I cut it off and started growing my hair from scratch. Now it’s a big Afro again. Hope that helps.☝️

After watching this video I got myself the episodic health insurance with essential med my problem is that the link to their network doctors is not working anymore and it worked well when I joined. I feel scammed😢

Hi dear. That’s disappointing to hear. What do you mean the link is not working? Have you called them to find out what the issue is? Are you attending a specific doctor within their network and is he refusing to assist you? I’m asking to understand the problem you have with them. When I used their insurance 7 years ago I never had any issues. So I’m curious to know why things are different now. Wishing you all the best in you journey mommy🌸

Hi dear. Contact them and ask for their maternity section. They will tell you how much they charge for natural delivery and you can also ask them for any additional costs.

Hi Anna, you are not alone. Try starting a new business in which you offer a service or sell Avon etc. Sometimes we have to help ourselves and the rest will follow. Many women have given birth in state hospitals and focused on giving birth instead of the bad treatment, which is appalling by the way. So just focus on the bigger picture dear. Praying that you get a good job and give birth to a healthy baba. 🌸🌸🌸🌸

Try putting Vaseline on the parts where you applied liner and leave it for a few minutes. Then Wipe with tissue.

Hi dear, I believe it does cover maternity, as long as you fell pregnant while on the medical aid. So just contact Gems and find out what’s the procedure to notify them that you are pregnant, so that you can activate your maternity benefits.

My mom is on Gems. Please call Gems as soon as possible to activate the Maternity Programme on your plan. Also to give birth in a private hospital with a gynae you need to book with your gynae as soon as possible don’t wait because you already have medical aid…
