Seems like all the weight is concentrated too far from the hitch. I say ditch the design where you put the loading ramp on the carrier and bring the whole carrier closer to the rear of the automobile. Put the loading ramp in the backseat or bed of truck.

This looks like an incredible amount of engineering compared to the original design from many years ago. Huge improvements that will make it easier, especially for older riders to store, assemble and use the new tricycle rack. Well done !

Hello, What is the weight limit for the swing out? Would it work with the Adventure rack? The bike weighs 450lbs….

Hi, Sorry this is designed for electric bicycles, can handle two bikes up to 88lbs each so 220lbs in total including the bike rack.

Hi can you make a video on how you load/unload a heavy adventure bike on the rack & roll by yourself? The bike weighs a lot so how you stop it tipped off while trying to secure it?

Looks stout! But... I assure you driving like that off road is putting more stress on your receiver than the rack itself. It would suck to lose your intact rack and bike in traffic or out in the boonies without any way to get home or your destination, due to a hitch failure from repetitive jouncing by driving off road like a wild man.

If case it might help, in the US, I bought a Curt 4-way flat connector part 58031 to connect to my factory wired Subaru trailer hitch wiring connector. Was $4.99 at autoparts store. I hooked from car / new connector to carrier: White to White, Yellow to Yellow (left turn), Green to Red (right turn), and Brown to Black (lights). Brake and turn signal lights work, your results may vary.

Great product! Not bad tutorial, you didn't cover the wiring pin attaching the vehicle. We've found the reversing lights don't work, however we're checking our connections.

This model is 6 years old; all of our current carriers have a place to mount an auxiliary license plate. The LED kit has a license plate light also.

Haha awesome…. I can vouch for a Rack n Roll in real world testing … I just brought one with the 150mm height lift so I can get over the washouts … just got back from Vic High country doing some great 4WD tracks with my brand new WR450f hanging off the back… Rack n Roll is tough as , no problems at all..

Well that answered all my questions 😂 Been thinking of making the plunge into purchasing this to give me independence of loading my bike by myself. I’m petite… so it’s pretty annoying having to depend on another person to help me load it. Thanks for the video!

1. Why is the rack flex citying when shes loading it, did they not use the bracket? 2. Guess they hate showing that the ramp can be stored on the rack and just throws it in the tub. 3. Lol that she was loosening the wheel chock, not tightening it and they just left that in the edit. Nice job guys!
