Excellent video. Such beautifully articulated and genuine responses from Tahlia. We are so lucky in Hobson's Bay to have Tahlia as an ambassador.

Our perception only changes because we have been in extreme pain for so long we have become accepting of it, as soon as we are comfortable with a certain level of pain some more seems to be added. Something about endurance and discipline written in the bible is coming to mind but my mind needs a nap l think before I can recall it 🤣 thanks for sharing your story, very brave.

It was an awesome interview. It reflects the previous generation who tries to cope with this techie generation. The passion for her career as a mentor is simply great. Her pass time of reading books and her views about a particular book on black abandoned child and the white discrimination and inhumanity made me feel her feelings. The aadvice for the younger techies is much needed one. The interviewee too elicitted the content what she needed from Mrs Pankajam. . Good to hear.

Great chat their podcast team. Especially those comments at the end about disability support employment groups. At times, and far too often, they create bigger hurdles than prospective employers can deal with.

I really have a problem with the term 'special needs". I know it is the term of the day, but many years ago we fought to get rid of this derogative term. I am a person with a disability and as a result may have a few extra needs or need for understanding. But I am not special and do not have special needs. I find it sad that the younger generatiuon are seeing themselves as persons with special needs
