If you’re after a relaxing and comfortable tour, I highly recommend them. Two thumbs up for the boat crew and our guide din 😊. Here is their website - aptelnido.com. Thank you!

Thank you for disclosing that some of the smaller igloos do NOT have their own shower, and you must use a remote, communal shower. I was fortunate to have one of the newer small igloos that have recently added a sauna and large shower. It sure would have been nice to know this at the time of booking!
@ItsMeJoyO25 күн бұрын
Oh, that's nice to know that they have built small igloos with shower now. It is really convenient to have one inside and not go out in freezing weather especially at night. Hope you enjoyed your stay and Aurora showed up! Thank you!

I'm going to visit in late January, do you think that driving there without experience in snowy/arctic winter is fine while taking speed, weather, 4x4 car and studded tires precautions?
@ItsMeJoyOАй бұрын
@@weina123 Yes, as long as all the things youve mentioned are taken into account, it’s fine. My friend who did the driving had no experience driving through snow and she’s used to driving on the other side of the road, too. We just took our time driving around, and the road as you go inside the tunnel can be slippery so watch out for that. Im not sure if you’ve seen the part where we got stuck when she was reversing. Help came fast so have the number handy just in case 😊

Hello, thanks for sharing your travels. We are planning a trip to Norway in end of November and only have 6D5N after Oslo. Would you recommend 3 nights in Lofoten and 2 nights Tromsø or Bergen- Tromso? 😊
@ItsMeJoyO4 ай бұрын
@@mcgyuquico Hmm that is a tough one. We went on December, close to your travel period. Lofoten is beautiful, very picturesque even in winter. We stayed in Reine, the southern part, during our trip. The downside however is that most of the restaurants, other attractions are closed during the season. Not quite sure on the upper part. Tromso is more “alive” if I may say, shops and restaurants are open and more options for tours for Northern Lights and others. Bergen is more of a city. Several people that we have talked to when we were in Norway have it as their favourite city. Also, Tromso and Lofoten (esp Lofoten) due to its location have very limited daylight as compared to Bergen where we experienced some sun 😊. In terms of number of activities that you could do, Tromso and Bergen. But, Lofoten is a sight to behold 🥰. So it’s gonna be a tough choice 😃 Excited for you and your trip!

Great informative video .. thanks for sharing !! It would be really helpful if you could please the following info - Did you call the road side assistance ( provided by car rental company) to rescue your car from snow stuck position ? -Did you car come with studded tire by default ? Thanks much !!
@ItsMeJoyO10 ай бұрын
Thank you! 🙂 1) Yes, if I remember it correctly, we first called the rental company then they gave us the roadside assistance number to contact. 2) Our rental car has a snow tire, no snow chain.
