A can of brake clean Will blast any dirt straight through and then you use a nice white lithium grease

Covers on. Lube them. Also, cheap Amazon bearings are the exact same thing as cheap anyone else's bearings but you can get them stupid cheap. Clean the grease off that comes on them and lube them. You can get a month or more out of a set for just a few bucks. I say clean the lube off because whatever they use for the cheap ones, it slows them down. Walmart board style.
