very cool))) you can try to incubate the transformed cells in liquid LB medium for 1 hour 37°. Then plate these cells on LB agar with antibiotic. (video instructions for transforming the dh5 Alpha are on the NEB website) and you will succeed!!!

It is best to order your plasmid with the promoter, multiple cloning site, antibiotic resistance gene and selectable marker and gene of interest already in it. All you will have to do is make the Agar and carry out the cell transformation.

Keep posting! Great experiment! I was born with PKD, a genetic disease, and 4 weeks ago I had my kidneys removed. So, for me, science is the only way I survive today (dialysis) and that will enable me to survive tomorrow and keep loving my family!

"... and the bottle cracked". The antibiotics reached into the environment and led to some bacteria resistant to this particular antibiotic. These bacteria found their way into the wounds of people who were about to go into hospital due to another bacterial infection. They could not be treated successfully and eventually died. That's why experiments like this one should NOT BE PERFORMED by ordinary people who do not know what the consequences of their actions are or do not have the appropriate security equipment to minimize such side effects.

Did you know that that Peg is causing inflammation in body and now people are trying to figure out how to get rid of that duct tape it's a polymer your body cannot degrade it it's just causing bigger and bigger inflammation that killer T cells are dying this Peg are lipid nano fats and the sales for creating antibodies are exhausting

I’ve seen a lot of people use crispr on bacteria but I’m curious if it’s possible to edit the genes of a multicellular organisms, such as plants, at home?
So, you made an antibióticos resistant bacteria? Are you Crazy ?
