They ought to raise the roof just a tad more. There's hardly any clearance in between there. Or at least take out that part of the roof that's over the tracks. I don't even know why it's there to begin with.

David NG. Update On 9/25/24 The Schindler MEI Hydraulic Small Marketplace Elevator Just Got Brand New Doors When I Came Back On 9/25/24. I Did An HD Remake On 9/25/24. It’s Not A New One I Didn’t Do. It Was An HD Remake I Did. Because The Good News Is. This Elevator Got New Doors. That’s Why Back On 8/30/24 It Was Out Of Service Because They Were Getting New Doors. Video To Come Up On 9/26/24. I Also Remade The Large Marketplace & Entrance Elevators As Well. Video Coming Up On 9/26/24. All For You 😊 On My Visit To IKEA Elizabeth I Was Only This For A Short Visit & Not A Full Visit. That's a sick echo from the first whistle! I wonder what locomotive has the loudest whistle? Also, are the holiday multi-chime whistles louder than the single chimes?

@@vinniet2828 306 has always had the loudest whistle, but last year it was slightly muffled in an attempt to tone it down (it didn’t help and only made it sound worse). The multi-chime is about as loud as 306's own whistle.

You got stuck in a Schindler Elevator, Good thing you didn’t press the phone button, 2:37 And the Elevator started to continue moving so It’s really not terribly obvious though. 0:32 I see Luigi & Toad. 0:42 I see Mario hanging on the Flag Pole. 0:44 And I see the Plant. Maybe Bowser has something to do with this Elevator.

Nice RFW vidoe! When in Vancouver last summer, I also got a chance to ride the Canada line along with the expo lines. My favorite part of the skytrain is just being able to sit up front and look at the window.

@@ZachTheRailfannerYT a very fast ride too. My only issue is because of the Canada Line only using two-car trains, it can easily get crowded during rush hour.

@davidng2336 yeah I agree. When I rode the Canada Line it was midday. I got on at Waterfront and by the 3rd stop it was packed. So hopefully on the future they can use longer trains on the line as like you said two card does not cut it during rush hour

@@davidng2336 I remember going to the Turtle Back Zoo with my grandmother during spring break in April once, and I was very disappointed when I saw a notice at the ticket booth saying that the train wasn't running that day.

@@waynemacfarland1546 it depends on when you go. If it’s in January or February it will be closed. Otherwise it’s most likely due to a maintenance issue or bad weather. Also beware that the last run is at 4:30.

I can't even remember where the old train shed used to be. And I definitely don't remember that walkway alongside the reservoir either. Just goes to show how things have changed since the last time I went to the zoo with my grandmother back when I was a kid.

My grandmother preferred this train ride over the one at the now long gone Bowcraft Amusement Park in Scotch Plains, NJ, not only because it was longer than the one at Bowcraft, but also because it provided you with a breathtaking view of the Orange Reservoir.

why do the whistles sound more quite than before?

@@tylerpozzi9904 for a number of reasons: 199 is quieter than 306 because the air compressor used to be super slow and we were afraid that the air tanks would run out of air, so the whistle was modified to use as little air as possible. 199 eventually received a new, faster air compressor, but the modification to the whistle has yet to be undone (which is unlikely). 306's whistle was modified slightly to change the tone in attempt to not have the whistle so ear-piercing anymore, but it didn’t make any difference and in my opinion it sounds worse than before, although I’m not bothered anymore. While 199 is now quiet AF, at least its whistle is still decent sounding.

I now got the earlier version that used the same molding, the Silvernite Express. It didn't come with a remote, so I took out the mainboard and put in my own custom solution that runs on an Arduino with Bluetooth. Problem solved, and I now get to actually pick the speed and whether the headlight is on or not!

MRL stands for Machine Room-Less, which means there’s no machine room, instead using the two panels on the second floor. Unfortunately it is much harder to maintain an MRL when compared to a normal elevator with a machine room.
