Hi Deano, Honestly, we don’t know. We have not tried it. We think it would depend on how long it has been on & what type of graphic is underneath; painted ones should be fine but vinyl would probably come off with the film.

@@jimt5683 I heard they are making some changes, however I don’t know what that means. My boat is currently in the shop again for the second time for more problems. ALOT of small things that were overlooked, dull touch up spots on the paint, carpet coming off, vinyl flooring coming up all over the boat, trim pieces coming apart, cracks in the dash where the windshield attaches, water leaking into the rear port side compartment, dried glue which turned yellow all through front bow vinyl flooring area. Ranger reached out to me after I spoke out on social media, but never followed up. Their only response is, (did you contact your dealer). Which I did, however this is all a manufacturing problem. My boat was built in the peak of COVID when businesses were shutting down, however this should not be an excuse. I spoke with quite a few people on social media with my similar issues regarding our year and model boat. I wish Ranger would step up and just say sorry we didn’t provide you with a quality Ranger Product. Just been a huge inconvenience and all of lost time on the water. Come to find out that Ranger no longer has a separate plant for their aluminum boats and they are now manufactured in the same plant as Tracker boats to save money. Just different lay out and $10,000 more, but still Tracker quality 😞. This info was provided by a Ranger employee who reached out to me regarding my issues. Just do your research Jim. I don’t think Ranger boats is a bad company but I don’t think they are Forrest Wood quality. With all of the technological advances in products, these boats should be second to none. But in todays world it’s all about saving money in areas to maximize your profits. And this is fine as long as it’s jeopardizing the quality of your products. Sorry for the long response.

Hey Thomas. Did you have your isssues resolved with yours? Mine is suppose to go back to the manufacturer for repairs or hull replacement . Ranger has terrible customer service.

@@HeartlandTactical-nf3hf let’s just say I no longer own that boat. But I truly believe it was a COVID boat. I see the new ones that are out and they look great. Quality control and craftsmanship is something I pay close attention to. My Ranger had a laundry list of issues.

Hey @Bunkie, We can't speak for your 2019 model, but the 2021 lineup of Deep V aluminium boats have seen very few complaints on our end. They do seem to have significantly stepped up their quality as well for the 2021 model year.

@@WestlockPowerSportsMarine did they make any design changes for the hull? The 2019 model just sprayed water upward, not out and down the way it should. How did they improve the boat? What did they do different that makes them "better" now? Better seals around compartments, lock tight on the screws? Is the manufacturer still leaving screws and shards of metal from drilling in the hull? That's what originally killed our first bilge pump. I'm highly curious what was done to make these new models better quality? Perhaps if that is the case, I'll be able to get a trade on the lemon we were sold. They should also do something for storing the canopy that's available... we can't ride with ours laid down because it hits the motors, it has to stay in the setup position with the fabric zippered up. It would be nice for it to stow away (like the ones on a lund). We literally had 38 fixes that needed done on the first trip back to the dealer, followed by another 28 fixes that were new and previous repairs that were done. Third trip back is 26 issues and counting. It's not even safe to take out on the water. Usually end up draining water for about 10 to 15 minutes after pulling it from the water and pulling the plug.

Thanks for your comment. Trying to decide between this and a Lund, I think I made my decision.

@@jeffreyhouston2043 my next purchase will be a Lund! Found out shortly after purchasing my Ranger that Tracker bought them. Not sure that's what made them such poor quality but I'm sure it didn't help. If you're in the market for a Ranger though, I know a guy that's getting rid of one. 🤣 Good luck on your purchase!

I’ve played mine for around 2 hours and everything worked fine I don’t know what Max is though

At low speeds or on really hard ground, (like pulling it around in the parking lot to make this video) it was a bumpy ride, but as soon as you accelerate or drive on anything with mud/sand/dirt, it is barely noticeable. I could see them being AWESOME in the snow!
