@@stephenpini just protein shakes and creatine for supplements as I struggle to hit daily protein with just food and creatine is a must for me. Although I have been in a bit of a surplus of late hence the slight bulk.. it’s definitely time to trim up a little I think 😂!

@@ricardoeugenecampher2248 Agree! Though also wanna look cool! Currently just wear all black Nike Gear but feels very serious and "40 year old guy who just started going to the gym". Also at 5'8 a lot of stuff tends to make you look shorter, but can't wear cropped tees because you can't get high rise workout shorts and when you're doing pull-ups etc it looks odd

This is not a real trench coat and here is why. So a trench coat should always be double-breasted and this is not there is also no belt on it and look at those lapel if you can even call them that also there is no epaulets lastly by the look of it it's not waterproof

@@defendersguild I find with hats, you just need to commit and get used to them if you’re new to wearing them. I also find that once I’ve worn it for a day or two it kind of moulds perfectly to the shape of my head.. Now I don’t take it off 😂
