I bought this item.I didn’t like it especially the way to assemble.Hard to assemble and I am not thinking disassembling it.Iron can rust outdoor.This is an indoor equipment and specifically it’s not meant for Canadian basement.I can barely do chin-ups.

Is parts of the basebar suppose to lose it's black ink like inside the U-shaped bar ? It's not an excessive amount but a good amount of ink lose. Also the basebar came with slight scratches and little bumps all around the basebar. Is this suppose to happen from shipping and is this okay?

Can't get these together. They do not slide up and down as shown and they do not come with all of the items shown. Do not be fooled, this product doesn't really work, it doesn't go together or change height smoothly. Very expensive and doesn't assemble as advertised. It will be a clothes hanger in no time.

It's powder-coated steel so you could technically leave it outdoors without issue. As long as you don't thrash it and the coat is whole it should last a good long while.

$269 for the B-Bars but $695 for this! That's 2.5x more expensive. I don't see the justification, especially when you consider the Basebar Pro ($189) is only 1.25x more expensive than the regular Basebar ($149). From a buyer's perspective, this makes absolutely no sense-and it's no wonder sales on the B Bars Pro are exponentially lower than the B Bars, Basebar, and Basebar Pro.

At most, you could justify the B Bars Pro at 1.75x the price of the regular B Bars and bring the price down from $695 to ~$475. And if the build quality somehow justifies $695, it is reflected nowhere in the marketing. NOWHERE. We get, what, a 54-second video? The product listing on your website gives us even less video, at like 15 seconds-which is a mad, bad-crazy decision, imo-but at least there's some (just some, not enough) explanatory text about the product. And btw, there are ZERO product review videos of the B Bars Pro on KZbin. Not a single one. For the B Bars, however, there are loads. You wouldn't even know the B Bars Pro were an option if you didn't actively explore Baseblocks website. No one pushes it, no one talks about it, hardly anyone seems to know it even exists. I mean, someone dropped the fucking ball on this product, and they dropped it big time.

I would use it with rings. But I like to set the straps wide. I would need something preventing the straps from slipping down at the sides. And I would prefer an even wider bar. At my gym I use about 130 cm wide straps. I see that the raises aren't sturdy enough. They move a little too much when doing hanging leg raises. I would also pefer a height of 220 cm, instead of 206 cm. That is, as high as possible at our standar appartment roof height, when doing pull ups with the chin over the bar. (I'm 182 cm tall, by the way) I like the long base though. That seems to work with exercises which doesn't pull straight down, such as hanging rows and pushups in rings. So, it's good but could easily be improved for my purposes.

The height of the bench isn’t adjustable for hyperextensions, making it quite dangerous depending on your height to perform unfortunately
