Luis Pimentel I was considering the kodiak before I bought the grizzly, that was the only differences the dealer mentioned, oh and the zilla tyres. The price difference was £800 so went for the grizzly for the disc brakes. Plus I like the colour, kinda different

I like this grizzly bike is very very nice bike

I just went through the same questions, kodiak is better suited for slower speeds, it has a larger rad, and lower gear ratio and 25 inch tires, and only 1 storage compartment, and cable actuated rear single disc brake. The grizzly has longer suspension travel, better suited for faster riding and not as utility intended, it has 3 storage compartments, handlebar and seat are higher, LED lights, faster top speed. And the SE has 14 inch rims and 27 x10 x14 zillas, or others runs 26 inch maxis crappy tires. And hydraulic rear disc brake. I went with a 2020 grizzly 700se. In Canada we can also get a grizzly 700LE eps winter spec, with winch , heated grips and throttle lever, and heated seat cover that's removable. Be sweet for plowing snow after a long day at work.

The Grizzly is more suited for trailriding and offroading. Kodiak is more nimble artound the farm and such.

jzenone it seems pretty good. Still in the break in period so avoiding full throttle...most of the time 😂 but yeah I’d say she manages no problem really.

It'll definitely pull wheelies. It's not as fast as 1000 or even an 850. But it's way lighter and more agile. Performs better in the trails. If you're gonna do any crawling it's the best at that as well because of its always engaged cvt. it's pretty much all around a way better quad except for Top Speed motocross style trails where are you can go 60 miles an hour or more consistantly. Literally everywhere else the grizzly is better. But if you're like me and you really want the power to. For less than it would cost to buy one of the expensive 1000s you could even pay a shop to Do some pretty common upgrades that will give you all the power of you could want. If you want 850 like power you can spend about $2000 or closer to 3k for someone else to install it for you. Another 1k for Elka shocks and your in high end model Can-am and polaris price range. Talking 13-14k new. Why not get the can-am? 300lbs heavier, shit transmision for trails. shit 4 wheel drive for trails. Less dependable. More expensive for parts and service.
