Just try adding little bit more water. Every dough is different but I have seen if we add 1 cup flour and 3/4 cup water to begin and slowly add the water, you will know what’s ideal for the type of flour you use. Give it a try. It’s life saving.

This is for Indian bread called roti or naan. We don’t use yeast.

Can you mention the name of the brand that you used? Thank you.
@11charu119 ай бұрын
It’s from cuisineart. It’s really an old food processor, probably like 8-10 years old. But I have used this technique on lot of other brands and works fairly well.

This is an 8 cup food processor. This one is pretty old and I guess they stopped making this model, but mine is still working well.

This is whole wheat flour. All purpose flour also works well with this recipe.

Hey Charu! Thax for your video and I have a question! How much watts is your food processor? Is 450 watts enough for kneading bread dough?
@11charu112 жыл бұрын
Yes it should be enough. Mine is 350 watts and it works just fine. Make sure you try on lowest mode.

I recently bought cuisinart 8 cup food processor and tried kneading the dough but it’s sticking to the stem adapter of the base.Does this happen to you?What’s the trick to prevent it from happening?
@11charu112 жыл бұрын
Try to adjust water quantity, try with little bit less water and run it for little bit more time and see if it helps.
