It is not against the law to build a subway. This is same subway system patterned after Tokyo Metro in Tokyo, Japan which is one of the worst place in the world with respect to earthqaukes and Tsunamis.Every year, Japan has about 1,500 earthquakes that can be felt by people. In fact, some kind of seismic activity is recorded about once every five minutes. So far Tokyo Metro Subway was never affected by an earthquake. Actually as long as you are not in a fault line, the earthquake under ground is minimal compared to above ground. This is because the intensity of movement as you go up is increased. For example if you are in a 100 floor, you are more likely to feel more movement of the earthquake then you are on the first floor. That is why it is better to build a building underground but nobody does this because it is very expensive. If you have been to Tokyo there are very many places built underground, some people call it underground cities with a very complex network of passages deep underground and some even leading to subway train stations. This inspite of it being the worst place for earthquakes and nothing was ever afftected by earthqaukes.

The train to be used is the same train used in the North South Commuter Railway. This is because the Metro Manila Subway trains will also go to the North South Commuter Railway from Bicutan Station to Calamba Station. subway contstruction is very mature now. Tunnel boring machines is also much cheaper compate before. NYC might be old but currently expanding. so many tunneling works in new york as of this moment might be in full ooeratoons in 10 years. .

The problem with the USA is they keep on doing the same things over and over with no plan to upgrade to something that would equal that of the modern subway stations of Singapore or even Bangkok with fully air conditioned train stations and full height platform screen doors.

The exit I was using (EXIT 15) is for me the best exit, as it is very close to all the trains we are using like AREX AIRPORT Express Train. Seoul Station is a very huge station and you can be lost inside. There are also parts of the station where you will even have to tap your train card again to go to the other side of the station. So for me, it is better to use the most simple EXIT like the one I used (EXIT 15) in this video. When you go back to the Seoul Station (like going back to the Incheon Airport), you should also use this (EXIT 15) as the entrance. Exit 15 from outside of Seoul Station is shown near the end of this video and is also used as the entrance.

It depends on the design. But more exits can be added if needed. For example in the Taipei MRT in just one direction there are eight underground exits M1 to M8 crossing a major road which were later added. But there are more complex train stations like the Tokyo Station with more undergound exits.
