Warsaw was in western Poland and Lublin dead in the center before WWII actually. The city and the region weren't border region's like they are now.

Recording a whole dance integrally is quite possible of course. The only difficulty that I can foresee is ensuring quality. My recordings are usually social, rather than demonstration, and it might be difficult to guarantee a good enough performance. However, it is something I will bear in mind.

Thank you, that would be helpful. Personally, I am not too worried if the dacning is not up to demonstration standard. I find it really useful seeing what the whole set is doing rather than just focussing on the dancing couple. It helps with the whole geography of the dance.

I do understand that this was a record of a rather enjoyable looking evening. However, as one who is fairly new to SCD, I do rely on KZbin to make sense of my crib sheets. Therefore, by loading the whole dance, your recording could fulfil two functions, instructional and archival, simultaneously. Would this be something you would consider for future?

I was hoping to learn the dance by watching this video, but alas, apart from the first minute or so, it was too bit to be of use. A real shame as this is the only video of this dance I could find on KZbin.

Either the weather is poor which it was this year or this is not as popular as it was. The whole area used to be chock a block. It is wonderful to see the tradition continues. Our group was there every week without fail.
