I don't think I actually used any wood around the outside, it was just a combination of bricks and polished granite

Ok I'll do my best to describe it. The lower portion of the Leppings Lane End has 18 rows of seating. Given it is on a very slight incline I recreated this by raising the seating upwards every 3 rows, but this may vary depending on what scale you build to. The number of seats in each row for the 6 seating areas are as follows: 18, 28, 28, 28, 28, 20. The stanchions as well which hold up the roof are situated between rows 4 and 5

It's a custom texture pack, for each Stadium I've done following my move to PC (the first being Leeds) I've used a custom texture pack which comprises of textures I take from the real thing in Google Maps Street View. Occasionally I may get these textures from Google Images where needed. For other textures like the grass and the nets in the goals, a mate of mine (LX) has been using them for a while now and sent me them while I was building Hull

I wouldn't say planned at the minute, but it is something I'm certainly weighing up. It'll probably be a few months yet before I make a final decision

I haven't at the minute but it's one I definitely want to do. In the meantime I'd suggest to check out the one done by LX, it's the best one out there at the minute 🙂👊

So last year I was obviously building Blackburn and the hope was that I would have had it done before April when I went down to my mums. Unfortunately it got to a stage where I knew that wouldn't be the case so because I wanted to at least have something done before I went I had a look through my list for a Stadium that was simple and quick to do. There was a few that met that criteria but I'm not sure why I settled with Chester specifically

I was making good progress with it last year until my PC broke and I lost it. I'll be restarting it at some point 👊

I know, Steve toured a few of my builds a few years back and so did Liam, although I think they're both moving away from Minecraft since they've been relatively inactive from what I can tell, I may be wrong though.. I wouldn't mind doing tutorials myself but the problem lies with the fact that there's so much trial and error with my builds which would mean I'd spend half of a tutorial building and then the other half would likely be demolition because I've done something wrong. The other issue is the amount of time it would take, since each build takes around 6 to 8 months on average building at my normal pace. A tutorial would likely mean I'd have to slow down and thus the builds would take much longer

I've always had a very keen eye for detail and am a bit of a perfectionist (could be down to my Asperger's), but I do each one of these stadia as close to the real thing because I want to provide the fans of each club with a virtual replica of their stadium that they can then view and admire. The narration in the background was something I thought of to make a bit of a change instead of sticking the entire video to a backing track, so at the same time as viewing the stadium whoever watches can then learn a bit about the history of the club and the stadium before giving a rough overview as to how I went about building it. If people are happy with how this is all turning out, then so am I 🙂🙂👊

Thanks for that mate! I do think the lack of interiors or landscaping helped to speed the process up but I'm happy with how it panned out. That roof was a pain mind 😅

I'm definitely planning a video for the end of the project with the initial idea of it being a recap video giving a brief overview of each one. I could possibly integrate a personal ranking into each one so that's something to think about 🙂 (I've pencilled in the second Blackburn attempt for the last build so I can film the intro outside the Reebok and then the ending outside Ewood Park - less travelling for me 😅)
