Unfortunately, no, it's like 1 usd. I'm in Canada, so it cost me 1.60$, but at least it wasn't expensive

The developer mentioned why he is charging for this car. It's because they need money to develop the game even further and he will be coming up with new free cars next. If possible buy the car and help the developer❤️
