Thank you for this amazing noise I have started listening to it yesterday and now I can’t stop listening to it when I study. This helps me focus in seconds and throughout my study session

When I googled if there was audio that could help with misophonia-triggering sounds, brown noise came up as a solution. I don't know why but this sound makes me feel queasy and is so irritating to my brain! 😂 It is a bit better at muffling the sound of chewing, but at the expense of my comfort anyway, lol. Ah well. I'll stick with white noise and invest in noise-canceling headphones!

I live in an area in which storms occur yearly, sometimes monthly. The sound from those storms, especially the strong wind strangely calms me down and helps me focus much better, but I moved to another city to go to university a few months ago. I couldn't focus and kept doomscrolling the whole day, which inevitably resulted in an F in the Calculus Mid-semester test (lololol). Luckily I found this kind of "brown noise", somehow it mimics how the strong wind from a typhoon might sound, I've tried to use this to force myself to study and it's literally a game changer. Imma keeps trying to study a minimum of 3 hours each day from now on for the upcoming Finals. I saw a guy below who did not even update for you guys which is really sad to witness. So, please remind me, be my beloved supervisors, and help me so that I can actually pass exams with flying colors :>. I'll keep updating how I am doing, u guys might want to do it too. Thanks a lot. (sorry for my engrisk)

To anybody who's reading this, sometimes it's the little things that can make a big difference. Take time to appreciate the simple things in life, like a beautiful sunset, a warm cup of coffee, or a kind word from a friend. These small moments of joy can help you stay positive and keep going, even on the toughest days. And remember, it's okay to take a break when you need it. Self-care is important, and taking time to recharge can help you come back stronger and more focused than ever 💖
