I have no clue what kind of bug you are talking about, you mean all AI in freeroam spawning in the same vehicle? If so, that's a normal multiplayer bug

That can definetly be annoying when some ultra sweaty Koenigsegg player chases you all the way across the map. If you lose them, wreck them or enter a hideout, they'll just be waiting for you. And if they do catch you, sometimes they'll just keep coming after you

I have actually heard of some kind of police killswitch device that can shut off a vehicle remotely, though I don't think it's ever been used in real world policing

Could be worse: Jammer + Stun Mine. Jammers defuse all stun mines within the vicinity, including from the jammer. For the mine to fire at all, there should be no delay between dropping and striking a target, but suffer self-inflicted damage in the process. Drop a bit further to not get hit, it would have already jammed by the time the target runs over it. Also, patrols can still inflict a lot of damage, mainly due to their sheer acceleration. Combine with nitrous, it's a battering ram. Assuming that player fully upgrades that Aventador, he could had just outrun you in a straight road. Police cars have stock top speed, while racers can upgrade them to Level 5*. Yours top up at 350 km/h, that Aventador can exceed that to 370 km/h. *Racer One:1's top speed cannot be upgraded for balancing reasons against its police counterparts.

You can actually do a unique thing with the stun mine and jammer combo. As you know, dropping a stun mine while jamming will disable it if it goes far enough, but you can actually land them at point blank without taking damage. Not a very consistent trick as the mine might just be disabled when you try it, but I'm pretty sure you can never take damage when doing this.

@@WolfPack27NFS Does your target take damage? I observed when you hit a freshly dropped spike from a helicopter during the jam, you don't take damage (though you will still slow down due to flat tires). If it is a no, then it seems it applies for stun mines too.

@@dbclass4075 No I don't think that applies to stun mines. For the spike strips, it seems like that happens if you jam it before it's deploy animation is completed
