I visited the Ritz Carlton residences 2 years ago and they really need a complete refurbishment of the whole place, it looks old dear .. furthermorr there is nothing around the building (market, restaurants, 7/11 stores etc), they only got the monorail😅. Afterwards my agent proposed me four seasons residences which I choose without second thoughts😂.

for a luxury apartment, the view from the salon (or the rooms) is kinda awful, 10m away you have the view of the neighbors :(... plus the two smaller rooms have a terrible bathroom; no glass panel or separation with the shower and the rest of the bathroom; both bathroom looks cheap. i feel the 'luxury' apartment size or space is cramped. however the facilities are nice, rooftop pool etc..
