Granola Saga feels like a filler arc to introduce Black Frieza. I'm also a person who defends that Super should have ended in Tournament of Power too, anything that came after it feels kinda unplaned.

I love the exploration and the world itself. It is truly a timeless classic and I’m sure I’ll be returning to it over the coming years 🔥 that’s a sign of a truly amazing game.

Ghost Rider looks pretty good No Legion, means 50% disappointed. Funfact Nr 3: Legions power manifestation ability can not only create personas, but also copy them and their abilities. So Legion for example exact copies of sentry, scarlet witch and many more as personalities

Thank you I’m glad I could help!! Some easy reads to get into that I’d recommend would be Batman Hush, Batman Failsafe (recent storyline), and Batman Court of Owls. They’re all in trade paperbacks so they’re easy to grab on Amazon and are not complicated storylines. If you like more of the big classics then I highly recommend Batman Year One, Batman the long Halloween, and the dark knight returns. Fantastic reads!

The success and popularity of King Hyperion will always haunt the character. Every time they need to figure out what to do with him it just defaults to existential crisis that leads to "evil superman". A theme that at the time wasn't explored too much but now is so old hat it isn't funny.

I'm hyped for Moon Knight as always. And THANK GOD Zeb wells is getting buried, if he didn't write new mutants 2009 would question his skill as a writer. Disappointed cuz of no legion Funfact Nr 2: Legion managed to wipe out mutant phobia in all of Britain. That was, until he erased himself from history. Means he actually partially achieved what prof x wanted all along

Basically comics just rehash characters forever gets rebooted every couple of years gets pretty stale .While in mangas you can choose any stories you're in from battle manga to just fishing by a seawall.

That’s why it goes in waves for me, I’ll get deep into comics and then get very bored after a while but for then with manga I’ll want to read a bigger more interconnected story so then I’ll jump back. I’m just glad we have both to choose from

I would suggest if you really love a manga to watch the anime as well. I dont think you are saying not to watch the anime completely Im just saying that sometimes doing both is really cool and can be rewarding to see how they differ sometimes also if you happen to start with an anime sometimes they dont finish the story of manga so you can do that too!!

Totally fair points! Yeah there are times when the anime doesn’t get to continue for more seasons but the manga still had more story to tell. I agree, watching the anime and reading the manga can add more to the experience at times! Even if the story ends up being the same, sometimes seeing your favorite characters move around and be voiced can make a big difference.

I just like batman a lot and want more batman stories than the movies provide. Can batman comics be as dark as the modern films? Or are they more light hearted? What's the general target audience for comics? I guess I'm just worried the stories might be too simple for my tastes. But I guess that's me assuming kids are the target audience for comics and maybe I'm wrong about that.

Generally target audience is 13+. If you’re expecting r rated grittiness you’re not going to find that in most books unless it’s a dc black label which generally has more of that stuff but apart from that the majority of new releases are not made for kids under 13. I’d say try out the new Absolute Batman that will be starting in October. Great jumping on point and for $5 you can try it out and see if it’s your style
