Here are some tips to achieve a flawless result in making Japanese Light Cotton Cheesecake 👇 - double boil cream cheese and strain to get a smooth and lump-free batter - fold the egg whites into batter in a propermy to keep the mixture airy - filled the tray with hot water halfway up for water bath - tap the cake mould at once before put in the oven

125g Unsalted Butter 75g Icing Sugar 22g egg 1 drop Vanilla Essence 2.4g Butter Flavour 250g Low Gluten Flour 1 pinch Salt 1. Beat butter & icing sugar on low speed using paddle attachment. 2. Add in egg, vanilla essence & butter flavour and continue beat. 3. Add in flour and salt, beat till become dough. 4. Rest in chiller before use. 5. Bake at 130C-140C in preheated oven.

20 gramos de gelatina y 120 de agua luego al microndas Luego se pone a calentar a parte 230 azucar con 125 de agua Se monta una clara de huevo y se le ponee el agua y azúcar ya en caramelo y listo
