I had booked a 1BHK flat in Vrindavan by giving token amount of 51,000 because of loan issue I cancel the booking But, the Vrindavan managment didn't returned my single rupee. Once you booked a flat by giving token amount, than you will see they are not even properly responding not attending single calls. Deepali, miss Deepali confirm to the management or take some training from management then do your job the booking amount is refundable or not else miss soma give training to your sales girl. Commission k chakr m customers ko ghumate ho fir commission bhi owner nhi deta 3 to 4 month. Very bad service and very bad management ye akhil to boht jada hushar Smjta khud ko Vrindawan jaise cheap jge baithkr hushari marna mtlb hasne ki bat h… Jabrdsti office m ghuso tab paisa refund honga nhi to nhi maine bhi yahi kiya h… Please guys don’t waste your money and do not give any kind of booking amount it is not refundable. Only sales girls are says it is refundable because management do not given them training. Haridik ko sirf flat bechna hai unse bina training diye they even not check all the documents first. Please be careful.

When it comes to living peace, its good in fact great. But hard to believe the cost at which it comes to. NO FREE WATER SUPPLY PROVIDED BY THE BUILDER AND MANAGEMENT. Unbelievable. :) I am paying 1700 per month of maintenance for a small 2BHK flat. Now this is way more compared to the standards provided FAAAAAAAR from the city. So, the place is worthy if you are ready to spare a decent sum throughout your life for every month.
