Hi, I'm having problems addressing Physical inputs from Machines Simulator, simply doesn't work when I press a button or rotate a selector in MS, in Studio5000 I don't see any change in the input. What I can do? The problem is only for the inputs, the outputs work correctly.

It would also be good if it was possible to mix different liquids and add some other chemicals to them and what the concentration and pressure should be as well nice in simulation especially for gas/chemical/ Pharmaceutics industry There will definitely be more people interested in buying if the program could be expanded to include such things. It would be good if you could also bend metal and other things

Thanks for the suggestions. Already possible to mix liquids and add particles (simulating chemicals or whatever). To bend elements you can use different tricks, such as changing models or using animations.

Yes, of course, the objective of the simulation is that it can be controlled by a real PLC.

In new software versions, the connection to the drivers is done directly from Machines Simulator. EasyPLC is only used to program the machine logic if you do not have other automation software such as TIA PORTAL, Codesys, Allan Bradley,... The idea is to have a classification criterion, in this case the color of the bottles, which is read with the camera, and based on this, use the position value of each of the bottles, due to the encoder, to classify them. Thanks a lot for this video , but.if ihave a varibale speed of conveyor built or increasing in the number of products. I mean.i have a fixed conveyor but the distance betwewn.bottle decreased , how this will make a change on the system in the video

There is no problem, this is taken care of by the PLC logic. The encoder-based system reports the pulses made by the motor to know the positions, a photocell or micro is necessary to take the reference of the part to be controlled at a point, and the speed is always proportional to the pulses of the encoder.

Thanks but i have question about the logic when programming the plc , correct me if iam wrong i need to add a counter of the pulses and to normally open contact of photocell if both are on i.e i need pulses of 1000 and the photcell is on then fire the alarm

@@georgealbo It depends on the type of encoder, there are absolute and relative encoders, in an absolute type a reference signal such as a photocell is not necessary, but in relative ones you do need a signal that acts as a reference, as is the case in the video.
