This video was recorded on a weekday afternoon, but as it is a small city in the interior of Spain, this smaller number of people walking down the street was expected. If it didn't have skyscrapers and there were a submarine & cruiser by the water, it would almost be like Galveston in Texas. Haven't been able to afford to travel myself, but when I was younger I saw SeaWolf Park which is what this makes me think of.
