I have a 2012 international prostar and my engine brake won't engage when I turn the switch on will that be the problem?

I just purchased a 2015 international prostar and while I was driving at about 65 mph and both gauges went to zero and my speed started declining soo I stopped and it went back to normal it happened twice. Will this be similar to your problem? please help

Does It Make You Lose Air Pressure soon As You Take Off or While driving at a Low Rate Of Speed ...?

Would this explain the secondary air gauge going down and back up very quickly for no reason sometimes? Also it’s showed one morning that it was at maxed out psi and I restarted the truck and it read correctly that nothing was in the air tank since I was just starting the truck. My international has much more wiring going on down there but I should be able to get to it.
