And we got Thrill, a fan-tastic shout out to Seattle to the community supporting the music video when it mattered most. What we witnessed was no accident. And the Neptune is a special venue. The seemingly endless level of talent our Maids have is enough to make them among the greatest bands of all time. Then there is Kanami. Her songs are so consistent in how intellegent and emotive they are. But even more than that, Kanami can rearrange her songs in the most masterful styles. I guess that is why each of her songs are so dynamic. She will have more than one "arrangement" within her songs. The acoustic arrangements are brilliant, and so satisfying.

@@sms95501 F.ex. Manners was composed on acoustic guitar, and many other songs were composed on the piano. Kanami then arrange the songs for Band-Maid, finally they all have their say and the final version is recorded. Kanami composes on Piano a lot, two handed arrangements. She rewrites the right hand into her guitar, and the left hand into Miku's guitar. MISA creates her bass line to fit smoothly with guitars and drums 🙂 They are true masters of creativity, Po

When I saw my recording of Sayonakidori and From Now On in San Diego I could not resist sharing. I was not intending to upload at first, so I did not fixate on the video quality. Just audio. I like to enjoy the shows and move around quite a bit. But I think my quality improved over time. I notice that people that get 10 times as many views as my recordings have excellent video quality. I am truly glad that there are plenty of people participating. Thank you for the kind comments Jan!

The fact that she connected MISA and Kanami is magical. I would respectfully suggest she had the least musical experience of the three core instrumentalists. Her dedication to improving is only rivaled to her dedication to the band itself. I can not analyze her greatness. I can see however that her role is essential to the sound and the spirit of the band. Are there "better" drummers? I guess, whatever. But just like Ringo or Bonham, Akane is the best drummer for Band-Maid. Her magical connection between the genius Kanami and the soulful groove of MISA is irreplaceable.

anemone is a wonderful piece of music and show fully the width in Band-Maid catalogue, and the diversity in Kanami's songwriting. Kanami is a genius, her solo is also something else, so emotional. The song starts out slow and calm, and is slowly building up. I love how MISA and Akane is jazzing it up a bit now and then. The ending is powerful for a song of this type, very cool indeed. Anemone is an excellent example of why Band-Maid is the best. They do soft love songs at the same high level as their rockers. I can not think of a band that can pull this off as well, without talking about bands like Led Zeppelin.
