Wow, vintage Dynaudio! I still remember when they first came out in the late 90's. As it happens, I am still using Dynaudio today, I am running a modest pair of Evoke 50 driven by a Roksan Blak integrated. Love them. I listen to them hours on end and will never get any listening fatigue which is what Dynaudio is known for.

I know I'm late to this party, but I totally scored these for a ridiculously good price of $26 for the pair. I bought them IMMEDIATELY cuz I heard so many good things, and let me tell you that they certainly lived up to expectations. Have had a few different amps power them, but like other's say, they love power. Vintage pioneer 9900s did really well at 125 P/C, Harmon/Kardon AVR 7000 did great at 110 p/c, but to my surprise they sounded best with my 1980 Sanyo integrated stereo amplifier at 150 P/C. That's kinda been my go to lately especially for how much I got it for. It just had a blown fuse that I replaced with a matching one from my box and it fired right up. I'm sure I might get some more out of them with some other hifi options, but I have really been enjoying the Japan made amps from the 70's through the 90's. I put these missions right there with my Monitor Radius 270's, just need a bit more bass to match them, and that's easy peasy with a subwoofer. Very nice smooth, detailed, and lovely air sound, especially with vocals. Just tickled about them

Колонки бюджетная линейка,но знаком с Jamo не понаслышке,сам их слушаю только s 506.Для начального уровня весьма не дурны.Жаль до Hi-Res не дотягивают по характеристикам.

Мне пофиг я не характеристики слушаю , а музыку , у меня акустика jamo 806 рес oncio515th ,вертушка audiotechnica CD DVD player pioneer, тоже простенький ,колонки по bai amping и нормуль , после амфитонов ас 50 , радиотехники у 101 , даже хорошо.

@@aleksandarljamic8996 finally i ended up! It appears that ud 501 and ud 503 have a worse display, the second hand i look this day show that the display is dying its not normal for a 8 years old teac dac. I have bought a New gustard x16 dac with volume remote.

Nice setup ! How do you like these Dyns Contour s5.4, compared with your previous speakers ? Can you record something with women's voice ? p.s. Plinius SA103 is very good amp. I've it too, and Kaitaki on order. I've tried number of amps, nothing comes close to Plinius SA103 !

Plinius is a serious device. Requires quality cables. If you respect everything properly, it plays amazing. It worked perfectly with all the speakers. I'm currently waiting for Crystal Clear magnum opus XLR to arrive, I'm using an older model in this video, but it's perfect, very clean and fits into my system. I've tried a lot of Dynaudio speakers, but the s5.4 is the only speaker I liked, probably because it only has a mid-range speaker that suits me, I don't like speakers without a mid-range speaker. I'm currently looking for quality fuses, I think I'm done with all the flaws that would affect the sound. Thanks for watching my videos. If you want some female vocals to your liking, I can record, but we have to wait for Crystal Clear Magnum opus XLR to arrive.

@@kaudiophilejourney1259 Very nice system. Try shuffling cables, copper, silver. I use Cardas Byond, Cardas clear, ww platinum, Audio quest sky xlr .. Ctystal clear XLR .. USB- WW Platinum ... The speaker cable is copper, Plinius is mostly suits him copper. I use Hidiamond 8.

These are two different characters of sound. The Jamo C 809 is a phenomenal speaker and it plays better than much more expensive speakers.
