Biochar makes our clay soils much more productive. It's better than just burning our waste wood into ash.

I don't think its a smokeless fire for the reasons specified. I think its smokeless because air rises up the outside of the container, gets hot, and is then pulled in for combustion in a similar manner to smokeless firepits. Pyramid kilns are nice since they're easy to use.

I can't believe I'm the first one to comment after a year, and only 14 views. Monoagriculture is ant-nature by definition. Instead of trying to eke out an extra dollar out of every square inch of land, all growers should consider themselves temporary stewards, and not capitalist owners of the land. If regenerative ag is not adopted worldwide, and the chemical companies restricted, they will turn the planet into Mars, and self-extinction.
