I've been looking at getting this machine for a while now but there's been conflicting reviews online with some people having issues with the machine stopping to work after a descale and I've also seen some people complain the coffee isn't hot enough and it needs to be put into the microwave! Yes, I know this video is 12 months old at time of writing this and would like to know if there anything special needed if you want to make a coffee with pre-ground coffee ? I know there is a grounds measure and the grounds funnel is under the flap but my machine didn't come with a manual and I cannot find one in the app or on the website. How does the machine know that you want to use ground coffee rather than beans ?

Hi, I got the same 2k version as yours for my Qashqai N-CONNECT 2020. Is it NORMAL that - 1) I can't connect to apple play through my USB cable anymore (only bluetooth)? 2) The skip forward & skip backward steering wheel buttons for the music are now REVERSED?
