Does this start on Halloween and go through the end of November? Where can I buy the book to follow along? Maybe i missed it

It can be done however one wants to do it, but for our uploads we thought it fitting to begin on Oct 31st and end on Nov 30th. The book was available from Loreto Publications, but it isn't listed on their site loretopubs.org/ at the moment. Hopefully it returns soon! An archived copy can be viewed here: archive.org/details/ManualOfThePurgatorianSociety

What unknown doctrines are you helping to share? How can I learn more? I went to Catholic school for 16 years. What did they not teach me?

Beautiful images of Veronica wiping Our Lord's face. Our Lord needs friends who will do reparation to console Him. May God reward you and bless those who keep the faith.

I didn't know that this incorrupt monk who wrote The Liturgical Year also wrote this essay on The Christian Sense of History. It's amazing how many knowledgeable and holy churchmen defended the history of Holy Writ, and here I thought only fundamentalists would believe this.

This St. Augustine vs Trent Horn episode was definitely insightful, interesting how Trent just pontificates without really citing a source and all you're doing is letting St. Augustine talk. Keep doing what you're doing!

Kudos for the thought provoking analysis! Your video deftly contrasts St. Augustine's teachings with that of Jimmy Akin, spotlighting the literal interpretation of Genesis and effectively illuminating the creationism-evolution debate for Catholics today.

This video is top-notch as always! Diving into St. Thomas's wisdom gives us a real solid grasp on faith and reason when we chat about creation. Love Dom Gueranger. This series is just what is needed to spark deep dives into tradition versus modern science views.

Great video that provides invaluable insights into the essential beliefs upheld by Catholics, especially creationism. The segment on Frassinetti's Dogmatic Catechism is especially compelling as it delves beyond revealed dogmas to embrace a more comprehensive understanding of our religious obligations. Bravo!

There are so many people and places of significant importance that are practically unheard of nowadays! Along with St Martin, the Abbey of Cluny is a great topic to research. The French Revolutionists hated (feared) Cluny so much that they pulled it down and spread its pieces to different corners in France so it could never be rebuilt. Surely, the joke will be on them! I hope I live to see it rebuilt❤

It's shocking to realize how much these schoools of history (Fatalism, Humanitarianism, and Naturalism) have bled into and poisoned our thinking! When you think about how these ideas manifest on a practical level, you won't be able to stop hearing it.😢

"...Philosophy, for the Christian, does not exist as a separate discipline...". I think the exact opposite of this is being taught in modern(ist) seminaries.

Is it correct to think the Church never formally declared anything about Creation because it's kind of an obvious truth? Aren't the 'evolution' ideas are somewhat new? I mean, people only came up with the idea that apes somehow turned into human beings less than 200 yrs ago, right? Personally, I can say I don't know anyone anymore who believes one species can turn into another...even over a large span of time.

In the format of a popular gameshow: Answer: "...they hope to rob you of the glory that surrounded Confessors in bygone days.." Question: "What is the motive for the Vatican cracking down on the Latin Mass when there are so many other actual crimes going on in the Church?"

Wouldn't it be nice to see everyone consult the Church Fathers when doubts arise concerning the interpretation of the Scriptures? I think more evangelical progress could be made by knowing the writings of the Church Fathers inside and out, instead of being doubly well-versed in private devotions. Not that private devotions are bad...I'm just saying, perhaps to know the Church Fathers would be better? But, that does seem to be the direction of this apostolate.❤ St. Vincent of Lerins, pray for us!

This was a joy to watch. So much information. Took away more from this video than other conservative Catholic videos that are many times longer. How would you recommend overcoming the term "fundamentalism" that comes up over and over when these doctrines of creation are covered. I saw one of your other videos and you are right, the term did come out in the 1920s! How can the Catholic conservative commentators not do their research like your institute has done?

Sadly, the error of 'private judgement' has now affected many Catholics, as well. Instead of 'comparing notes' on our subjective experiences, why not turn to St. Thomas Aquinas and see what he says, for example? These videos are doing a great job of backing up points by showing writings from confirmed sources. Thank you!

These Irish priests like Fr Cahill and Fr Faber show how constant the Church's belief was and has been even into the modern era. Who would dare deny that the doctrines of Creation were not historically held as such.

You mention "historically held"... Do you have any ideas how to get conservative Catholics to move away from the error of understanding these creation doctrines as part of natural science and not a part of what they do fall under--- which is historical accounts?
