Sexy nice looking fuselage! ;) Just a little suggestion if the tail motor mount can design to tilted upward a bit like black hawk heli will it improve flights?

These Ghaaleri Airbrushes are great quality, do the job as they should without issues. The bad press comes from Snobs who paid $400+ for supposed high-end units that do the same level of detail and work and they feel robbed, so they justify the purchase by bashing anything less expensive. The others are people who are very inexperienced for a prolonged time (They learned bad habits probably from high exposure YT channels that promote bad habits) and haven't advanced in the hobby. I own an overpriced Iwata Eclipse, Harder & Steenbeck infinity multiple Badger, Paasche units and a slew of cheaper models (I do collect airbrushes) and I can say from 40+ years experience they all perform great and none stand out. There are few artists that have made Photo realistic paintings using just a Paasche H for anyone thinking single action siphon feeds are crap, they are not, the proof is in the art. Airbrushes are only ever bad in bad hands, the slight detail ability of different units can be a small argument, but no airbrush will make you a better painter, Only you not the airbrush can do that. Although a cheaper unit can make fine details difficult, they are not impossible and that's the point.

How do you find the time 🤣🤣 that took some time and it wasn’t just whipped up. Knocked it out of the park again. I noticed you wrote 0% infill on fuselage. What a nice work of art. Didn’t you have to use supports? If not I need to get that ender printer. I’ve got an old flash forge w/ aprox 3 thousand print hrs still going strong but way outdated and small. But it has done its job 1,000 times over and plus side its paid for itself many yrs ago. If you would want to make the infill more dense is that possible? It add more weight but would it also strengthen everything?
@Mikes-tuts-rev10 күн бұрын
0% infill for fuselage parts, 100% for clips and brackets, 10% for tail section. remember its got 2 perimeter walls of 0.6 (= 1.2mm total shell)

Hmm, very nice job. You say the FW450 will fit, but the FW450 v3 is a different chassis to the prior versions. I think it's mainly around the landing gear/skids mountings where the main difference is. I have a FW450 v3 and would really like a better looking canopy/fuselage.
@tumadsvids11 күн бұрын
in essence the FW450 (any version) will just bolt on to the bottom of the floor of the fuselage, (no motor plate required) but with some strengthening washers on the outside if that makes sense?
@Mikes-tuts-rev10 күн бұрын
Also needs to be at 110% for FW450 by the way

I’ll refer you to as Master Mike now on 🙏🏼. So after another mishap due to mec issues I’ve sorted out w/ your vids. My question is when doing this calibration for me to get zero coll pitch I literally have to max out my settings to just about get both center lines to match up. And still off by -2 this is done on a perfectly level surface as I pre checked w/ level as well. Does this mean my swash plate is all out of wack. Something on this heli from day one hasn’t been up to snuff as it has really gave me the go around but I’m holding head high and positive as I’ve been able to work it out every fail thanks to you. If swash plate is out from factory what swash tool are you using to level it back in. I thought about 3d printing one that’s right diameter for main shaft
@Mikes-tuts-rev22 күн бұрын
@thatsmyrc your servo horns on the servo should be 90deg or parallel with the table at 0deg pitch. If not, remove and move up or down one notch. Then in software go to servo trim and trim each servo until swash is level. THEN hit O deg button and trim to align with lines.

Quick question Mike. Ive finally got the time to set up my transmitter today like this. My question is what does this do to the SWB and AWC switches? Does it make them now un operational/ un active since they were used for 3d mode? I don't ever pan on using 3d mode..just want to be on the safe and safe as don't want to try and Flip one to find out when Im in the air and my heli dives straight into Mother Earth!🤣🤣🤣 Thanks again bud
@tumadsvids25 күн бұрын
No this only affects the C switch fly mode orientation. i.e GPS - ATT - RTH Pls watch my follow up videos where I assign more modes to the 3D and the ZERO And EIGHT flymode switches (SWB and SWD) to enable multiple flying modes
@thatsmyrc27 күн бұрын
I like the painted up blades. Again your 3d skills are off the hook on other builds. Self taught or carrier? They are pro for sure. I’ve thought about dabbling in hydro dipping for a few helis fuselages. Any experience there or input give or take? Nice flight again bud, to windy last few days here in the gateway Midwest for flying

Your videos are going to help so many of us out here. Thank you again Mike 🙏🏼👍🏼 I had to wing it with mine for now as my pitch gauge hasn’t came in yet and I wanted to get it flying. It flew like a champ afterwards but I’ll be doing full calibration this next weekend.

Totally agree that is a better way to position the modes. Depending on your preference RTH and GPS both need to be at an end point. Both GPS and RTH are your failsafes so you don't want either of them in the middle position. I do exactly the same...

I’ve been looking for a resource like this but would love to see you arrange in BandLab if possible. And maybe do it from a beginner level as I have minimal exposure to DAW’s in general. My goal is to try to reduce the static sound you hear on most of the vocals from Suno AI and try to extend/rearrange certain portions of the song so it doesn’t sound as choppy. Thanks in advance!

@@Mikes-tuts-revI had issues w/ mine straight out of box as well. Ended up I had no choice but a 30+’ drop out of sky with no response to anything but shut down. Fixed the wood cradle inside fuselage with a 3d printed design and for some dang reason had to up the pitch on pos end by 85 after crash. Other than that flew flawless at local park today. I need that att on my transmitter for this reason as I didn’t have it on it when it went to the moon. New sub as mentioned in other video 👍🏼
