Nice to meet you. Could the plug-in start the engine as it is? I heard that AEB cannot start the engine as it is due to a throttle problem. You are amazing Amazing.

You need to make an idle stop screw for the throttle body or run a separate idle valve. You can start the car with the plug-in but you will need to manipulate the throttle when cold to get it to idle.

hi, was vibrations at higher frequencies or it was like unbalanced wheel? because propshaft is rotating 10x more than wheel, so I want to diagnose where is problem, because my vibrations corresponds to revolution of wheel... thanks

ECU was working great! Just had a engine faliure last summer due to a bad oil pump... Engine still in pieces but almost all the parts are home :)

Audib5tuner what were the symptoms of the worn mount? I have a b5s4 and have changed nearly all the other bushes and mounts except for the diff. I get some clunking when shifting and releasing the clutch quickly. However I get a clunking noise when I enter or leave a drive way especially if I am on an angle. My mechanic doesn’t know what is causing it. He wanted to blame my kw v3 coil overs but the noise Is only present when the car is shifting weight going up or down a drive way. Do you think it is the diff mount allowing enough play that the drive shaft is hitting the exhaust?

Should really mention at the end if it was a worthwhile upgrade. Urethane mounts can be great and can be horrible based on the formula used, was there added vibration?

With stock subframe bushings there was a bit more "feel" when the driveline was loaded or not but nothing like vibrations. Nowadays i have solid subframe bushings and everything else is poly so i have a lot of "feel" now :D

Is it really 300bhp? It doesnt look that fast to be honest , i've a b5 tqs and want to get 300bhp out of it but if that's 300bhp in the video then i guess id need 400bhp to be happy with it.

It is fast but I can agree somehow, my auq stage 2 with hybrid k04 023 does the same time at 14psi (around 250hp 360nm) at 20psi it faster than this and still doesn't make 300hp

mine should be arriving today. whats in your system? i ve got alpine head unit. infinity kappa 6x9 and 6 1/2 kappa coax up front but need to get componets. No subs. dont want to fill up the trunk. old hyundia elantra work car. looking for smooth componets with good mid bass. nothing super bright?

Don't really do much car audio anymore, but the mid bass is great and I have run without an subwoofer a couple of times and still been happy with the sound :) I will be removing a lot of the sound system this winter because the car is more race oriented nowadays and i need to save some weight :) The only problem i have had with the SR4 amp is that one of the speaker connections have raddled loose from the circuit board but that is because i have the amp solidly mounted and the sub shakes the whole car :P Easy fix, just need to open the amp up and solder the connection.

You did all of that in record time! Lol. But seriously, good job man. One question. Did you simply tighten the nuts and bolts or did you torque them? I'm gonna do mine soon. I don't own a torque wrench.

I just tighten them in the correct position. Actually you should only tighten them when the car is on the ground but I just put them in the same position as they where.

some of the hardware is (stress set) or one time use. they are matte silver in color. 99% of shops just use the impact, old bolts/nuts and move on.

The width of the chamfer must be max 1mm, for powerful engines. 1:55 I'm sorry, I did not know that is not yet ready... I own audi a4 1.8T quattro avant (AEB engine), it's realy good car!!!!

It is your Driveshaft support bearing, change it or you will snap bolts in the propt-shaft, I should know as it is what I am getting fixed right now, I have a S3,8L. Go to, 034 motorsports, they make them in house, Audi quote was 560, they we're 100. bit late but for others looking for a fix to this problem hope this helps.

wow a k04 stage 2 holding at 17psi lol don't think so... I have a 01 a4 ko3 stage 2 Revo tune max 23psi holds at 18psi.
