The sword glows in the dark and the skull detail you pointed out faces up on one side and down on the other. That way it can face the correct upward direction when wielded OR when sheathed in the backpack. Awesome thought process by the designers.

Road Pig just showed up for preorder this morning! I'm excited, *but* a little disappointed too... He comes with extra unneeded accessories, which is cool *but he doesn't come with his trademark wrist crossbow or his arm shield!* Why Hasbro?! Why do you do this?! ...oh well, looks like I will be doing some customizing on him.

They did include the shield, but it isn’t as useless as the little arm guard piece the original came with. I like the updates they made to him. Slightly more practical looking, and not as basic as the o-ring version. We don’t need the same boring old ARAH stuff in the main line. Save that for the retro carded line.

@@TheIslandViper Nah, the full size police riot shield and "updating" isn't needed and doesn't count. Stick to the classic style please. I hope we get a proper retro one though, as it'd be better than this. But there's no guarantee we'll get that. And if we do, there's no guarantee I'll ever see it. Like retro Storm Shadow, never saw him in the wild, and only available online at jacked up secondary prices. ...thanks Hasbro.

Depending on what you’re ordering, and what kind of relationship you have with your rep really. I changed what, and how much, I order, plus have a great rep now that really cares.

@@TheIslandViper Yeah I was one of the ones that got dumped off to the whatever department. And I've had the courtesy 15-day hold and or 500 whichever comes first but the shipping still wasn't combined they just waited to ship it. And it doesn't sound like anyone's going to do anything for me and I tried to file a claim for three damaged items and they were denied and claim they're covered under some defect clause that I've never heard before. So it's a mess. I finally got a hold of one person I don't know if they're going to help me or not we'll see.

I am having same issue, Been with them since 2009 and this is just terrible. I just had 5 items ship in 4 shipments of 5 pounds each. I have stuff that has been on order for 2 to 3 years, and was not told I was losing my really good rep last year. I have left messages, returned one e-mail earlier this year. Where is a good place to wholesale from now? Thank you for your video, glad to know it is not just me. I shared you video to my regular facebook to show friends what we have been dealing with.

Contact your rep, and ask what they can do for you on the shipping. I have my account set up so that I have to have at least $300 worth of product before they will ship it. I can’t stress enough… ask for another rep if this one isn’t working for you… even if you can go back to your old rep. If they won’t do it, tell them you want to close your account.

Great news! I love the transformer crossovers. I didn't know they were doing more, but i am really excited for it. I do feel like Optimus would have done better as an APC carrier than the tank, although i get the reasoning why they did it. Definitely picking up Road Pig as well. I have all the Dreadnoks they have released so far. Hoping we get a Monkeywrench and Thrasher soon, as well as Zandar. Thank you very much for the undate and info!

Not yet available for preorder. I’m a retailer, and am able to order in advance, before public release. Most items are usually months in advance, with some being before they’re even announced. Road Pig and Raptor will be available for public preorder in the coming weeks.

Except we are done with windowless boxes, and back to window boxes. You can see the figure. The windowless boxes were a disaster for all the figures they did it with. People swapped in stores all the time.

What you don’t see is all the ones I open, which is most. I just keep them in the boxes for display, instead of hidden away in totes… under beds, in garages, away from where I can see and enjoy them. That’s not collecting. It’s just hoarding.

We had a couple of orders payment declined, because we ran into some issues, and EED canceled all my preorders and my account, then they want me to pay $1500 in fees to reactivate the account, on products that hasn't event arrived, told them no i will not give them free money. Every other major distributor has help us out without a problem.
