Does it seem to Lag/Bog down when walking? I had one a couple years ago that seemed to bog down when you stepped on it, so the 3mph never felt like 3mph

@bensutherland7164 when we first got it she was 2 and she is now almost 4 and still is obsessed. She was super good with it by the time she was 3.

As the child gets older, don’t buy cute cartoon bandaids. It’s a money pit. Kids love them, and will come to you with imagined injuries, constantly, just to get the bandage. It’s easier to just get regular boring beige ones, a pack of cheap stickers, and just decorate the bandage with a sticker. Saves money

Double layer the bedding in the crib-mattress protector, sheet, mattress protector, sheet. So if your kid has a blowout in the middle of the night, you can strip the first layer and you don’t have to worry about putting new sheets on.

When my first was big enough, I transitioned her to the toddler bed that was just the crib still so it was just her crib mattress and then moved her to a normal twin bed with a soft mattress and then I just use the waterproof mattress covers and they have both done great! Good luck! I have always wanted to foster, it is just so needed🥰

Pretty much our exact setup at home and just picked up 2 of these for $70 each on Prime Day sale (down from 99.99). I've got a 4k / 144Hz gaming monitor, all 3 others (my second, and both my wife's) are 1440P / 144Hz. Looking forward to running the work laptops and home PCs through these and never having to fiddle with monitor-menu swaps ever again!
